Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from SparksCraft. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging. Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Handcrafted Variations

Our Nixing clay teaware is handcrafted. Subtle variations in color, surface texture, firing marks, shape, and other handmade characteristics may naturally occur from piece to piece. These variations are part of the character of handcrafted ceramics and are not considered defects.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-returnable Items

Custom or personalized items, gift cards, and items that have been used or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
