Returns & Refunds Policy

 Made-to-Order, Handcrafted Items
  Every item in our shop is handmade and custom-crafted just for you. Because each piece is made to order, **we are
  unable to accept returns or exchanges** for change-of-mind, sizing, or personal preference. We appreciate your
  understanding and encourage you to review your order details carefully before checking out.

   Damaged or Lost Shipments
  We stand behind every order. If your package arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, we'll make it right with either a
  **free replacement** or a **full refund**.

  To file a claim, please contact us within **7 days of delivery** (or the expected delivery date, for lost packages)
  and include:

  - Your order number
  - A brief description of the issue
  - Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging (for damage claims)

  Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll confirm your replacement or refund within **2–3 business days**. Refunds are
  issued to your original payment method.
